Live, interactive and ready for your event.

HOLODECK Live Host presents, responds and talks with your moderator and audience as the show unfolds. A professional actor or presenter performs the character from our studio in Baarn, using live video and audio feedback from your venue. Use Live Host to open your event, appear as a co-host or introduce a new product.

Base package €7,500

Choose from a selection of existing digital characters, from realistic MetaHumans to fantasy creatures, and standard digital environments. The package includes up to 30 minutes of live performance, freely divided across your show.

One continuous block of up to four hours covers the show, an immediately preceding run-through and technical standby. An on-site operator in the Netherlands connects the stream to your event technology. Streaming supports up to 4K, with playback on available LED screens, projection screens, displays or a Holobox, depending on the technical capabilities at your venue.

Tailored to your event

Extend Live Host with LIVEGEN, custom character art or your own digital environment. Supplied artwork, visuals and 3D meshes can be integrated, animated and made to interact with the character in real time. We can rig or recreate your brand mascot or hero character for live performance. Digital doubles of contemporary or historical people are possible with the necessary rights and permissions.

Performer fees and additional services

The host, actor or presenter’s fee is excluded from the base package and charged separately at actual cost. Persona3D can help you select a suitable performer.

Custom development, character building, rigging, integration and preparation are quoted separately. Rehearsals at another time or outside the four-hour block, along with any additional time or services, are also budgeted separately.
